We collect your email address, optional first name, signup and confirmation records, subscription status and records of emails sent. MailerLite may process IP addresses and browser information to run the form, prevent abuse and deliver emails.
With your consent, we send nail education, January 2027 launch updates, founding-member information and early-access offers. Your email is needed to subscribe; your name is optional. Joining is free and does not create a paid membership.
We rely on our legitimate interests to maintain necessary security, consent and opt-out records and operate a secure, responsible mailing list. We may also keep records required by law. We do not sell your details.
We use MailerLite to host the signup page, manage subscribers and send emails. MailerLite and its service providers process information for these purposes. Google reCAPTCHA is used for spam protection; see Google's privacy policy.
MailerLite Limited in Ireland provides our UK account. Information may be processed outside the UK. Where applicable, MailerLite uses standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We keep your information while you remain subscribed and it is needed for these education and Club updates. If the list is discontinued, we remove marketing information no longer needed. After you unsubscribe, we retain minimal opt-out records to prevent further marketing and consent records for as long as needed to demonstrate how the list was managed.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each marketing email or by emailing [email protected]. This does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
